This website collects the information you choose to provide in the mobile-service request form: your name, phone number, requested service, service location, and message. GoRigworx uses this information to review and respond to your request, confirm whether the location and job are supported, and discuss scheduling.

A submitted request is stored as an entry in the website’s form system and is also sent through the website’s hosting and mail systems to a private WordPress administration address. Hosting, security, and mail providers may process the information as needed to operate those systems. The current website does not include a feature that sells service-request information or uses it for advertising profiles.

The request form does not create a public account or a public post. The stored entry is visible only to site administrators, and copies may also exist in the recipient mailbox and in limited hosting, security, or mail-system logs.

Technical Information and Third-Party Services

The site and its hosting provider may process basic technical information, such as IP address, browser information, request time, security events, and necessary cookies, to deliver and protect the site. The site does not intentionally add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. If that behavior changes, this policy is updated before the change is published.

The theme requests font stylesheets and font files from Google Fonts. A visitor’s browser may send technical request information, including an IP address and browser headers, to Google when loading those files.

Retention, Choices, and Security

Service-request information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records, protect the site, and meet applicable obligations.
